Imposter Protection Disclaimer: Aura Gears is NOT responsible, liable, or accountable for any monetary loss, damaged reputation, fraudulent transactions, or compromised personal data resulting from your interaction with copycat websites, imposter social media accounts, or unauthorized third-party sellers posing as Aura Gears. It is your sole responsibility as a customer to verify that you are purchasing directly from our official portal.

2. Store Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Account Security: If you create an account on our store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account passwords.

4. Orders & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

5. Payment & Security

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty Claims

All purchases made through Aura Gears are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

7-Day Window: All return, replacement, or refund claims for missing, damaged, or defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: A complete, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed outer shipping flyer/box along with the original tax invoice is strictly required for any refund or replacement claims. Requests without these items will be rejected.
Post-7 Days Warranty: After 7 days, the product is non-refundable by Aura Gears. We will, however, assist you in obtaining service from the official brand/importer warranty center if the item is within its manufacturer warranty period.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links to external websites (such as courier tracking portals or app integrations) over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Gears, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or actions arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
