By accessing, browsing, or conducting transactions on this platform, you ("User", "Customer", or "Viewer") unconditionally agree to be bound by the strict legal terms, disclaimers, and conditions set forth herein.

1. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS & TRADEMARK PROTECTION

All content included on this website—including but not limited to brand logos, trademarks, website design, UI/UX elements, custom Liquid/CSS source code, graphics, product graphics, button designs, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Aura Gears and is protected under applicable Indian and International Copyright, Trademark, and Intellectual Property Laws.

Unauthorized Use Prohibited: Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, mirroring, reverse engineering, scraping, or distribution of our source code, brand assets, or site layout without explicit written consent from Aura Gears is strictly illegal and will result in immediate legal prosecution, civil lawsuits, and DMCA takedown actions.

2. ZERO LIABILITY FOR IMPOSTERS & UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS

Aura Gears operates exclusively through our official web portal (auragears.com) and designated, official communication channels.

Complete Immunity: Aura Gears holds ZERO LIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY, OR OBLIGATION for any financial loss, compromised personal data, fraudulent charges, defective goods, or non-delivery resulting from interactions with imposter websites, copycat domains, fake social media accounts, or unauthorized third-party individuals posing as Aura Gears.
Buyer Due Diligence: The customer bears full, sole responsibility for verifying that they are purchasing directly through our authentic domain (auragears.com) prior to submitting personal information or executing payments.

3. STRICT MANDATORY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

To prevent fraudulent claims, false transit damage reports, and item-swapping scams, Aura Gears enforces a non-negotiable proof standard for all refunds, replacements, or claims of missing accessories:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: Claims for missing items, defective units, or transit damage WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REJECTED unless accompanied by a single, unedited, continuous, single-take video. The video must start from the sealed, unopened outer courier flyer/box showing the shipping label clearly, followed by the complete unboxing and physical power/functional test of the device.
Original Invoice Required: The original tax invoice issued by Aura Gears is strictly required to validate any 7-day claim.
Failure to Provide: Failure or refusal to supply an uncut unboxing video and valid tax invoice renders any refund or replacement claim VOID. The customer remains fully liable for keeping the delivered product.

4. ANTI-FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Aura Gears maintains a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent chargebacks, friendly fraud, and identity theft.

Ip & Device Logging: Every transaction on our platform logs IP addresses, device signatures, delivery confirmation receipts, and GPS tracking data supplied by courier partners.
Legal Escalation: In the event of a fraudulent chargeback or bad-faith payment dispute raised after an order has been successfully delivered and verified, Aura Gears reserves the right to report the incident to cybercrime authorities, initiate civil debt recovery procedures, and pass all collection and legal expenses directly onto the offender.

5. POST 7-DAY WARRANTY LIMITATION

Aura Gears provides replacement/refund support STRICTLY WITHIN 7 DAYS of delivery verification.

Post-7 Day Support: Beyond 7 days from delivery, Aura Gears is strictly released from all return, exchange, or refund obligations.
Manufacturer Warranty: For claims made after 7 days, our responsibility is strictly limited to assisting customers in routing claims to the respective brand's authorized Indian importer or manufacturer service center (provided the item remains within its active warranty period). If a product is out of warranty or damaged through customer misuse, no further assistance will be rendered.

6. JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Legal Notice, along with all store operations, shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings, claims, or disputes arising out of or in connection with Aura Gears shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
