Shipping & Delivery Policy for Aura Gears

At Aura Gears, we know how excited you are to unbox your new gaming setup. We work with premium, reliable courier partners across India to ensure your authentic gaming hardware reaches you safely and as fast as possible.

1. Dispatch & Processing Time

Fast Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours (Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays) after payment confirmation.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an instant email/SMS confirmation with your order details.

2. Delivery Timelines & Charges

We deliver to almost every serviceable pincode across India. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Major Metro Cities: 4 to 7 business days.
Rest of India: 10 to 15 business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment. We also offer promotional Free Shipping on select items or cart totals as indicated on our store.

3. Real-Time Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel is handed over to our logistics partner, we will send you a shipment confirmation via email and SMS containing your Courier Tracking Number (AWB) and a direct link to track your shipment in real-time.
You can track your package at any time directly through the courier portal or via our website.

4. Mandatory Requirement Upon Delivery: Unboxing Video

To ensure a smooth resolution in the rare event of transit damage, tampered packaging, or missing items:

Continuous Unboxing Video Required: Customers are strictly required to record a single, uncut, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed outer box/courier flyer before opening it.
Inspect Packaging: If the outer courier package appears severely crushed, open, or tampered with upon arrival, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at auragearsgaming@gmail.com.

5. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

Correct Address Details: Please ensure your full shipping address, landmark, and contact phone number are correct at checkout. Aura Gears is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Multiple Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If you are unavailable or unreachable, the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO). Re-shipping RTO orders may incur an additional delivery fee.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, external factors such as severe weather, regional disruptions, or courier operational delays may occasionally cause delays.

If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving your tracking details, please reach out to our team with your Order ID, and we will initiate a priority trace with the courier company.
